Rules

The first commenter will post a wish. The wish can be anything in the world that they can think of, there are no limits to what you can wish for. The following commenter has to take that wish and turn it into a negative then make a wish of their own.

Example

Commenter 1:
I wish the world was made of ice cream

Commenter 2:
The world is made of ice cream, unfortuanately you suddenly become lactose intolerant and have to spend the rest of your life living in a bubble staring at all the delicious ice cream you can't eat.

New England no longer gets so cold in the winter. Instead, the rest of the country takes on the chill and food production is slowed to a near-halt. We all starve, trying to feed the whole country with what food New England can manage to produce.
