White ankle to mid-calf lace-up Victorian style boots with 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 inch heal (that is large enough not to sink into grass). The kicker: I wear a 10 AA to AAA.

Look in western gear stores. Unfortunately, being the NE, that's pretty hard.

1) The heal is too narrow

2) no width listings. I think i've seen these shoes before and they only come in M.
