Honestly, though, the more I look at this the more questions I have. What exact kind of interactions are they talking about here? How can there possibly be a hand/mouth HIV risk? And how exactly is plastic wrap meant to be used in most of these cases?

Well, if you have a cut on your finger and I am sucking on it, then there's a chance for blood to move from your body into mine. It does say that there's a low risk of it.

It doesn't say plastic wrap. It just says barrier. Dental dams are a barrier. But non-microwavable plastic wrap can also be held in place to be used as a barrier.

Why is same horizontal/vertical axis items interaction not the same? eg -- hand/vagina, vagina/hand? Is one axis the one to which there is risk when interacting with the other? Very odd and not clear at all, axes need labeling!

Looks like only vagina/hand have different sets along the axis. the other ones mirror. Not sure why.
