the day has gone from bad to more bad

So, today started off sucky and just got worse.

1. Aerith and I had some really intense discussions about things that left me with a very hard and weighty decision to make that may seriously change somethings. Either way they are going to hurt. (I think I've made up my mind though).

2. my e-mail is being all wonky. Mr. Darktouch, what's going on?

3. As of Sept 5th, they are downsizing (ie. closing down) my call center. 350 people are being layed off. At least we got 60 days notice.
