ok, so at the BEGINNING OF THE SUMMER I e-mailed Randy Shannon asking him if when my friend moved out of her room (she's a j) i could get it. Then i find out yesterday that her "i want to live off campus" went through. So i e-mailed him again and he said that he already placed someone in that room and notified them of the placement. NOT FAIR!!! I WANTED THAT ROOM! I ASKED FOR IT FIRST!! And my friend told me that she would tell me when she got to live off-campus. so not fair. it happened "weeks ago".
