Got home at 9:00 after spending much of the day out. Went to H&R Block to get the taxes finally done, ate at the Outback, and had birthday cake with my parents for dad’s birthday.

tonight when I went in to say goodnight to Tanya and found her flanked on either side by the cats. A rather amusing sight.

Sadly, we’ve been here over a year and most walls are still bare. There are two shelves with momentoes from our travels to England and Germany respectively, a clock and a series of photos Alyson gave me for my birthday one year.
