yup, that's right. i got to actually answer the phones at work today. it wasn't so bad. ok, it was terrifying!!!! but i got through it, so i know i can do it. not sure what i'll do when the horrid calls come and i still need to learn how to use the phone system. but as long as i don't answer calls with the wonderful quote above (which i actually DID - good thing there was no one there), i'll be fine. i think.
