Anatomy ultrasound

Had the anatomy ultrasound this afternoon. Stree looks healthy and developing well. We've found out the sex, but we're not telling until we tell our families on Christmas.

That being said, what do you think Stree is? Edit: We're looking for SEX, not gender

Would it be possible to post a picture of the ultrasound showing genitalia, with the gender under a cut or something? I'd be fascinated to test out my ultrasound reading skills!
