Well, if Adamantium claws can't be melted by a lightsaber, I would say that Wolverine would win because he can't be pyschicly choked to death. If the lightsaber can't be broken by Wolverine's claws, then Vader might have enough time to get a beheading blow in. Beheading Wolverine is Vadar's only chance, though.
