atheneOMG!!! I got a job!!! I am going to be the Information Analyst in the Center for American History's Digital Media Services Unit (the job posting). I start Sept. 2.
I'm so excited. It's so exactly what I want to be doing. And I get to work in an archive. And it's on campus. And I haven't stopped bouncing since I found out (except for a little while while the vet was here - in other good news, Boris is down to 13 lbs). And I'm really really excited about it. And they're even starting me at a higher amount that what was offered in the job posting!

my current contract is signed until june '08, so barring disaster, I won't be home before then.
