Dentist and Trek

Went to the dentist today. first time in over a year. I need to floss. everyday! but my teeth look pretty good. there are a few spots where the sealant that's on them is breaking down, but that's only natural w/time. Set up to get a pre-wedding polish in the week before my wedding :) Of course my teeth hurt now...but that's what happens when they give you a good cleaning and scrape off tarter.

TREK is starting last tomorrow. show up around 8pm. we probably won't be around before then.
