drs and fancy pants

Today I went to a PCP for the first time since I moved to Austin (about damn time, right?). Anyway, the doctor's office had moved since I had made the appointment. But it was still close to home. I swear, I've never been to a doctors office that looked so nice before...the exam room was a lovely shade of blue and on top of the cabinet was a plant and some candles that looked like they came from Pier 1. The bathroom was spacious and very open with some decor. I swear, if I didn't know I was there for a check-up, I would have sworn I was there to get a pedicure or a massage or something. Oh, and the doctor was really nice and I like him a lot.

In other news, remember how yesterday I was trying to explain the Zendrum that Jonathan Coulton played at the concert? Here's a clip of him playing it for the first time in SF (which means that when he played it in Austin, it was his second time playing it in front of an audience. Watch it. Really. It's fun, funny, and amazing.
