In all seriousness, worry doesn't help, it only gets you more worked up. Looking through songlists, talking with Addam, all these things will help solidify the playlist for the wedding. Talk with him about music he has available, as well as stuff you can get to him.
Definitely avoid the "birdie" as well as any variety of pop cheese you'd like to avoid. Are you sticking with the theme? Then renaissance/celtic/folksy ballads should be in there for the backbone, with other stuff you want to hear mixed in. It's YOUR day. Play what you want to hear, that will leave you with lovely memories.
My mother's advice: Treat it like any other day. Do what you want, everyone is there to celebrate YOU. Take the time during the day to step outside of the whirlwind of ritual and make a memory.. it will be over very fast.
I send happy soothing energy your way, that your internal organs stop twitching uncomfortably, and that your mood be peaceful and joyous.

there's you and there's him and there's a bunch of people who are all going to be one place in funny clothes to celebrate that. it will come together. it wouldn't dare not, at this point.
don't go with your beloved sister's suggestions for father/daughter dances is my only music suggestion.
and i hope you'd just ask if you thought there was anything i could do, and i'm sure your sister's got it all covered, but the offer to come over and do your dishes stands.

Secondly, remember, this is supposed to be fun. You're never going to do this again, so enjoy it. If you're getting too stressed, this is why you chose bridesmaids and groomsmen. Delegate some of the responsiblities their way. And remember, something will go wrong, and you can't stress about it at that point. Just shrug it off and go with the flow.
As for music. Try some Great Big Sea, Blackmore's Night, Silly Wizard, Clancy Brothers, Buffy the Musical, Brodbignagian Bards, Bedlam Boys, Loreena mcKinnett, The Pogues, Dropkick Murphys, LotR soundtrack, HP soundtrack, Heather Alexander, New World Renaissance Band
Call me if you need some soupprt, as someone who's been through this.
